Consumer Direct Mortgage Advisor (CDMA)

Loan Factory is seeking experienced Consumer Direct Mortgage Advisors (CDMAs) to help build and grow our national Consumer Direct platform.

This is a high-volume, lead-driven sales environment designed for mortgage professionals who excel at converting internet leads into funded loans. We are looking for experienced originators who thrive in a fast-paced setting, understand speed-to-lead, and can consistently deliver results.

This position is intended for experienced Consumer Direct loan officers. If you have not worked mortgage internet leads or in a mortgage call center environment, this position is likely not a fit.

Required Qualifications

  • Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License
  • Licensed in multiple states preferred; candidates must be willing and able to obtain additional state licenses as needed
  • Current or recent Consumer Direct / mortgage call center experience
  • Proven track record converting internet leads into funded loans
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Comfortable making and receiving 75–150+ calls per day while managing an active pipeline
  • Strong phone sales, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, High-Balance, Jumbo, and Non-QM loan programs
  • Ability to accurately pre-qualify borrowers and structure loan scenarios
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
  • Experience managing loans from application through closing
  • Proficiency with CRM, LOS, pricing engine, and dialer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and accountable
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed production goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent experience working Zillow, LendingTree, Bankrate, trigger, internet, or rate-table leads
  • Strong understanding of agency guidelines and mortgage program eligibility
  • Experience working in a high-volume Consumer Direct environment
  • Additional state licenses beyond current licensing
